• For the clinical file: In accordance with Belgian legal obligations, I will also collect your date of birth and postal address during our sessions to complete your mandatory patient record.

• Sensitive data: Health information and session notes (processed under Art. 9.2.h of the GDPR for healthcare purposes).

• Technical data: Functional cookies used by Wix to enable the booking system and site security.

3. Purpose of Processing

 

Data is collected to manage appointments via the Wix Booking system, provide psychological support, and comply with Belgian legal obligations regarding the maintenance of medical/psychological records.

Administrative booking data is stored via Wix.com (GDPR compliant). Your clinical records and session notes are stored physically in a locked cabinet to ensure maximum confidentiality. As a psychologist, I am bound by professional secrecy. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

In accordance with Belgian professional standards, clinical records are kept for a minimum of 30 years after the end of the therapeutic relationship.
